陰、陽(yang)離子交換(huan)樹脂(zhi)樹(shu)脂(zhi)的貯存:
離(li)子交換(huan)樹脂(zhi)肪(fang)內(nei)含有(you)壹定量(liang)的水份(fen),在運輸(shu)及貯(zhu)存過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)應(ying)盡量(liang)保(bao)持這部分(fen)水。如(ru)貯存過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)樹(shu)脂(zhi)脫了(le)水,應先(xian)用濃食鹽(yan)水(-10)浸泡,再逐漸(jian)稀釋,不(bu)得(de)直接(jie)放(fang)於(yu)水中,以免(mian)樹脂(zhi)急劇膨脹(zhang)而破碎。在長(chang)期(qi)貯存中,強(qiang)型樹脂(zhi)應轉(zhuan)變(bian)成(cheng)鹽(yan)型(xing),弱型(xing)樹脂(zhi)可轉(zhuan)變(bian)成(cheng)相(xiang)應的氫型(xing)或遊離(li)堿型也可轉(zhuan)為鹽(yan)型(xing),然(ran)後(hou)浸泡在潔(jie)凈的水中。樹(shu)脂(zhi)在貯(zhu)存或運輸(shu)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),應(ying)保(bao)持在5
新(xin)樹(shu)脂(zhi)的預(yu)處(chu)理:
新(xin)樹(shu)脂(zhi)常(chang)含有溶(rong)劑、未參加聚(ju)合(he)反(fan)應的物質和(he)少量(liang)低聚合(he)物,還可能(neng)吸著(zhe)鐵、鋁(lv)、銅(tong)等重金(jin)屬(shu)離(li)子。當樹脂(zhi)與水、酸、堿或其(qi)他(ta)溶(rong)液相(xiang)接觸時,上(shang)述可(ke)溶(rong)性(xing)雜(za)質就會轉(zhuan)入(ru)溶(rong)液中(zhong),在使(shi)用初(chu)期(qi)汙(wu)染出水水質。所以,新(xin)樹(shu)脂(zhi)在投(tou)運前要(yao)進(jin)行(xing)預(yu)處(chu)理。
陽(yang)樹脂(zhi)的預(yu)處(chu)理
陽樹脂預(yu)處(chu)理步驟(zhou)如(ru)下:
首先(xian)使(shi)用飽和(he)食鹽(yan)水,取其(qi)量(liang)約等於(yu)被(bei)處(chu)理樹脂體(ti)積的兩(liang)倍,將(jiang)樹脂(zhi)置(zhi)於(yu)食鹽(yan)溶(rong)液中(zhong)浸泡18-20小時(shi),然(ran)後(hou)放(fang)盡食鹽(yan)水,用清水漂洗凈,使(shi)排(pai)出水不(bu)帶(dai)黃色(se);其(qi)次(ci)再用2-4NaOH溶(rong)液,其(qi)量(liang)與上相(xiang)同(tong),在其(qi)中浸(jin)泡2-4小時(shi)(或作(zuo)小流量(liang)清洗),放(fang)盡堿液後,沖洗樹脂直(zhi)至排(pai)出水接近(jin)中(zhong)性(xing)為止(zhi)。後用5HCL溶(rong)液,其(qi)量(liang)亦(yi)與上述(shu)相(xiang)同(tong),浸泡4-8小時(shi),放(fang)盡酸液(ye),用清
水漂流至中性(xing)待(dai)用。
陰(yin)離(li)子交換(huan)樹脂(zhi)
樹脂(zhi)的貯存:
