陰、陽(yang)離(li)子(zi)交換(huan)樹脂(zhi)樹(shu)脂(zhi)的(de)貯(zhu)存(cun):
離子(zi)交換(huan)樹脂(zhi)肪內含(han)有壹定(ding)量(liang)的(de)水(shui)份(fen),在(zai)運(yun)輸及(ji)貯(zhu)存(cun)過(guo)程中(zhong)應(ying)盡(jin)量(liang)保持這(zhe)部(bu)分水(shui)。如貯(zhu)存(cun)過(guo)程中(zhong)樹(shu)脂脫(tuo)了(le)水(shui),應(ying)先用(yong)濃(nong)食鹽水(shui)(-10)浸(jin)泡,再(zai)逐漸稀釋(shi),不得(de)直(zhi)接(jie)放(fang)於水(shui)中(zhong),以(yi)免樹(shu)脂(zhi)急劇(ju)膨(peng)脹而(er)破碎。在(zai)長(chang)期(qi)貯(zhu)存(cun)中(zhong),強(qiang)型樹(shu)脂(zhi)應(ying)轉變(bian)成(cheng)鹽型(xing),弱(ruo)型樹(shu)脂可轉(zhuan)變(bian)成(cheng)相應(ying)的氫型或遊離堿(jian)型(xing)也(ye)可轉(zhuan)為(wei)鹽型(xing),然(ran)後浸(jin)泡在(zai)潔(jie)凈的水(shui)中(zhong)。樹(shu)脂在(zai)貯(zhu)存(cun)或運輸過(guo)程中(zhong),應(ying)保持在(zai)5
新樹(shu)脂的(de)預(yu)處理(li):
新樹(shu)脂常(chang)含(han)有溶(rong)劑、未(wei)參(can)加聚(ju)合(he)反應(ying)的物(wu)質和少(shao)量(liang)低(di)聚合物(wu),還可能(neng)吸著(zhe)鐵、鋁(lv)、銅(tong)等重(zhong)金(jin)屬離子(zi)。當(dang)樹脂(zhi)與水(shui)、酸、堿或其他溶(rong)液(ye)相接(jie)觸(chu)時,上述可溶(rong)性(xing)雜(za)質就會轉(zhuan)入(ru)溶(rong)液(ye)中(zhong),在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)初期(qi)汙染出(chu)水(shui)水(shui)質。所以,新樹(shu)脂(zhi)在(zai)投運前(qian)要(yao)進行(xing)預(yu)處理(li)。
陽(yang)樹(shu)脂(zhi)的(de)預(yu)處理(li)
陽(yang)樹(shu)脂(zhi)預(yu)處理(li)步驟如下:
首先使(shi)用(yong)飽和食鹽水(shui),取其量(liang)約等於被處理(li)樹脂體積的(de)兩(liang)倍(bei),將(jiang)樹脂(zhi)置(zhi)於食鹽溶(rong)液(ye)中(zhong)浸(jin)泡18-20小時,然(ran)後放(fang)盡(jin)食鹽水(shui),用(yong)清(qing)水(shui)漂洗(xi)凈,使(shi)排(pai)出(chu)水(shui)不帶黃(huang)色;其(qi)次(ci)再(zai)用(yong)2-4NaOH溶(rong)液(ye),其量(liang)與(yu)上相同(tong),在(zai)其(qi)中(zhong)浸(jin)泡2-4小時(或作小流(liu)量(liang)清(qing)洗),放(fang)盡(jin)堿(jian)液(ye)後,沖(chong)洗(xi)樹脂直(zhi)至(zhi)排(pai)出(chu)水(shui)接(jie)近(jin)中(zhong)性(xing)為(wei)止。後(hou)用(yong)5HCL溶(rong)液(ye),其量(liang)亦(yi)與(yu)上述相同(tong),浸(jin)泡4-8小時,放(fang)盡(jin)酸(suan)液(ye),用(yong)清(qing)
水(shui)漂流(liu)至(zhi)中(zhong)性(xing)待(dai)用(yong)。
陰離(li)子(zi)交換(huan)樹脂(zhi)
樹脂(zhi)的貯(zhu)存(cun):
